Orders: Require an appointment, where you would be provided a quote and complete a design with Nuno. For one of these appointments, we do book up around 3-4 months in advance and can be booked here

Maintenance of jewelry: For all jewelry maintenance (Sizing, Cleaning & Repairs) an appointment is required, however it is on a faster availability than the above Orders Appointment by reaching out to us via email diamondboi@diamondstudio.ca or by calling/texting (647) 972-RING (7464)

Appointment No Shows: Should you Not Show up for a confirmed consult with no prior communication and require a new appointment, there will be a non-refundable $150 fee to book.

At diamondboi Designs we pride ourselves on the sparkle of our stones. Carat size is selected by you, Colours from D-G, Clarity Flawless (F) – Very Slight 2 (VS2), Cut is Excellent Cut only for centre stones & Very Good for small stones.

Our packages are shipped via a trackable courier on a standard overnight service depending on destination, with direct signature required at delivery.

As all our designs & items are based on an individual order to production bases, we do not offer returns. We do provide a great Trade-In policy under our brand warranty where you are able to trade-in your centre stone towards a larger or different centre stone. Warranty Policy
