Every consultation is personally led by Nuno. We explore the style you love, the hand that will wear it, your budget and your timeline. You’ll try on a variety of shapes and sizes to discover what feels right, while we guide you through lab-grown and natural diamond options available to source for your ring.
You’ll receive a firm quote during your appointment and leave with a clear direction. For designs that require a render, we’ll guide you through that next step. Nothing goes into production until you’ve approved the design and price.
Consultations are complimentary and without obligation. Engagement ring appointments last approximately one hour; wedding band, redesign and virtual appointments around 45 minutes.

Re-work an heirloom or inherited piece, or design earrings, bracelets and necklaces. Virtual re-designs require the piece in our studio 10 days before the appointment.

A rough budget range lets us show the diamonds and settings that actually fit, instead of guessing.
Production takes 4–6 weeks after approval. If there is a proposal or wedding date, tell us and we will plan backwards from it.

Our calendar opens roughly three months ahead and cancellations do happen. Text 647.972.7464 with your name, the appointment type and your ideal timing and we will add you to the cancellation list. Working toward a proposal date? Tell us the date — we will do everything we can to make it work.
Sizing, cleaning and repairs are also by appointment and usually have much faster availability.

No. Many clients arrive with only a feeling and a budget. Nuno will walk you through shapes, settings and metals and narrow it down with you. If you do have inspiration, bring it along.
We are a private, appointment-only studio in Toronto. The exact address and parking details are included in your booking confirmation.
Yes. Book a Virtual appointment (Out of Province or Worldwide) and we will meet on Zoom or FaceTime. Appointments run on Eastern Time. Finished pieces ship by trackable, fully insured courier with a signature required on delivery.
